Community / Customer Service Manager
We’re looking for a young native english speaker to join our team as Community/Customer Service manager. You’ll join a great world-class team of Chilean entrepreneurs in our office in Chile. Welcu is a company founded by chilean entrepreneurs and backed by US investors like TomorrowVentures (Eric Schmidt’s fund) and currently being accelerated by 500Startups ( Dave McClure’s fund ) in Mountain View, CA.
You’ll provide customer support via email, twitter, facebook, and others. You’ll also be responsible for updating and improving the articles in our help section (including recording screencasts to showcase our features). We’ll be doing phone support and in-person training, so that should be something you’d like to do as well. Good spanish is a great plus and helping us with our social media efforts is required. ( blog and social media presence). We’re looking for someone who loves to help others, someone who can keep smiling even when dealing with tough customers (empathy is important) and finally, great communication skills. You have to be an excellent writer who enjoys writing. Our customers love when we get back to them within 10 minutes with a clear, concise, and friendly answer. Great writing is key.
